    Supports small scale regional and metropolitan festivals to develop and enhance their arts content.
  • Community Arts - Project
    Supports innovative projects and programs developed by communities and organisations in consultation with artists and arts workers.
  • Digital Media Attachment Scheme
    The Digital Media Attachment Scheme assists individuals who have experience in digital media or traditional film, television and documentary production to move to a higher level in their professions through training in the digital media industry.
  • Digital Media Production Investment
    The SAFC will consider production investment in prototypes or in outstanding interactive digital media projects.

    The Digital Media Project Development program supports the development of outstanding interactive digital media projects.
  • Educational Content Fund
    The Educational Content Fund (ECF) funds the production of educational, sponsored and government related projects across all platforms.

    Funding to help develop audiences for contemporary musicians and groups in the early stages of building their South Australian profile.
  • Extended marketing and distribution
    Funding to build on the momentum of a successful marketing and distribution campaign for a CD that is currently receiving strong national and/or international interest.
  • Fellowship
    Supports an established independent artist with the advancement of their professional career and arts practice.

  • Growing Global Companies Program
    Helps young ICT and creative industries companies develop into entrepreneurial, high growth, exporting businesses by offering information sessions on technology, business skills training, mentoring and exporting.
  • Individual development
    Supports professional development of individual, independent artists through master classes and workshops, mentorships, attendance at arts conference, attachments to arts organisations, undertaking arts residencies, or other activity.
  • Industry Development
    Provides annual or triennial funding for small to medium arts organisations.
  • Innovation Development Grant
    Competitive merit-based grants are available to assist small to medium businesses with developmental costs and/or to position themselves to attract further investment that will lead to the commercialisation of innovative products and services.

    Enabling artists to respond to significant, unexpected presentation or exhibition opportunities offered by a presenter, venue or festival and arising outside the project grants application cycle.

    Support is available for groups to undertake projects, in any art form, which extend or advance knowledge, understanding, participation or development of the arts and culture within communities.
  • Market Access Program (MAP)
    Provides cash rebates for eligible expenses to encourage a collective/industry approach in developing export promotion, markets and capacities.
  • Marketing and distribution of a national release
    Funding for a marketing and distribution strategy for the national release of a recording.
  • Practitioner Development Funding
    Practitioner Development (Traditional & Digital Media) funding provides support for professional and career development for film, television, documentary and digital media practitioners.
  • Production Investment
    Production Investment funding supports the production of projects that are creative and original, possess overall appeal to diverse audiences.
  • Project grants
    Supports independent artists at all stages of the development of new work, its production or presentation. Assistance is also available for touring and expansion of markets, for new or existing work, regionally, nationally and internationally.
